New You 2011 Week 3

Goal Weight: 140 lbs
Last Week's Weight: 157 lbs
This Week's Weight: 159 lbs
That means I gained 2 lbs. I have been doing great with my exercise. So that is a bit frustrating.

My food weakness is SUGAR and dairy. I am sooo addicted to sweetened milk! I have not had ice cream in a month, so that is great!I used to eat it 2+ times a day. I really miss it, but I can satisfy my cravings with vanilla milk.

Week 2

weight: 154lbs (home) 157lbs (gym)

I have been so busy with school that I haven't been able to make it to the gym :( On the flip side, I have been so busy with school that I haven't had time to eat out of boredom :) So I lost 1 pound. I consider that to be a success!

Update: I made it to the gym today! I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I also did TONS of walking today.

week 1

Current picture: 160lbs

What I used to look like, and would like to look like again. +/- 110lbs

weight: 160 lbs (gym) 155lbs (home)

today's exercise: 30 min elliptical, 10 min stretching

I haven't began eating better. I need to figure out a plan for that. I hate healthy food. I live off cheesy pasta, ice cream, chocolate, and junk food. I haven't found any vegetables I can even tolerate.

I would like to weight 125lbs eventually, but my first goal is 140lbs.
